Thank you for choosing Fully Faced Up! We’re committed to delivering our premium products across Canada with care and reliability.

 

Shipping Rates:

 

Free Shipping on all orders over $150 before tax. 

A flat $10 shipping fee applies to all orders under $150.

Processing Times:

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 5 business days after they’re placed. During peak times, this may take up to 5 business days. Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

 

British Columbia and Alberta: 5–7 business days

Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 5–7 business days

Quebec and Ontario: 4–7 business days

Atlantic Canada (Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, etc.): 5–8 business days

Delivery times may be longer for remote areas, and these estimates are in addition to the processing time. Shipping rates may be updated as necessary.

 

Important Details:

 

Fully Faced Up is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.

Once a package has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address or instructions.

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a $30 re-shipping fee will be charged to resend it.

Shipping Schedule:

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.

 

Order Changes & Cancellations:

Changes or cancellations can only be requested within one hour of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to make adjustments.

 

Tracking & Updates:

All orders come with tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. For any delivery issues, contact us at fullyfacedup@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Product Availability:

Shipping depends on product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with updates and process a refund if necessary.

 

Unclaimed Packages:

If a package is not picked up from the post office within 10 business days, it will be returned to us. The order will be refunded, minus a $30 return shipping fee.
