01. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this site or booking a treatment, you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your province and agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

02. Bookings & Appointments

Appointments are booked through our Jane portal and are subject to availability. New clients may be required to complete a consultation and intake before certain treatments.

Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients' bookings.

03. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment and is applied to the cost of your treatment. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. A 3% surcharge applies to credit-card payments.

04, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, will forfeit the deposit for single sessions, or have a session deducted from a package.

05. Treatment Suitability & Consent

All treatments are subject to a suitability assessment. You agree to provide accurate health information and to follow pre- and post-care instructions. You may be asked to sign a treatment-specific consent form.

06. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. Treatments are typically delivered as a series, and we make no guarantee of specific outcomes. Any information on this site is for general guidance and is not medical advice.

07. Products & Shop Purchases

Shop purchases are subject to availability and the prices shown at checkout. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible for return; please contact us with any product concerns.

08. Gift Cards & Packages

Packages and memberships are non-transferable unless stated otherwise and may be subject to expiry. Unused package sessions remain on your account in accordance with our policies.

09. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, and brand marks — is owned by Fully Faced Up and may not be used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fully Faced Up is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
