2.1 A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be applied toward your service.
2.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
2.3 Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and risk losing their deposit.
3. Promotions and Discounts
3.1 Promotional offers, including discounts, are subject to availability and valid only during the specified promotional period.
3.2 Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, packages, or offers unless explicitly stated.
3.3 All promotional bookings must be completed within the promotional period to qualify for the discount.
4. Refunds and Returns
4.1 All service sales are final. Refunds are not available for completed treatments or packages.
4.2 If you have concerns about a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
4.3 Retail products may be exchanged or refunded if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

5.1 Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to your appointment.
5.2 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we believe it may not be suitable for your health or safety.
6. Liability
6.1 While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, FullyFacedUp is not liable for any adverse reactions or results from treatments when post-care instructions are not followed.
6.2 Clients agree to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our team.

7.1 All client information is confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada.
